I called AT&T today.....Dialed the wrong number....Thought I was dialing the automated number to pay my bill.
Turns out I called the customer sevice number and talked to an actual live person.

After giving her my banking info, she took the opportunity to give me a quick rundown on all the latest new and improved services they offer.

Long story short, I ended up paying my current bill and agreeing to a new unlimited long distance plan that
is supposedly gonna cost me less per month than I now pay.

I think I just took another baby step into the 21st century. smiley: eek
